School Day

We aim to ensure that each student at Brooke School is effectively engaged in learning through the application of the personalised curriculum. To achieve this aim we work to create an environment that is inspiring, stimulating and motivating for all our students.

 

We have many different areas in school to meet the needs of all of our students. Resources include a: hydrotherapy pool, Forest School, Beach School, Farm, ICT hubs, sensory regulation spaces and a variety of outdoor play areas and equipment.

The School Day

8.45am - 9:00am      Doors Open / School Transport Arrival

9:00am - 12.00pm    Morning Session

12:00pm - 1:00pm    Lunch

1.00pm - 2:50pm      Afternoon Session

2:50pm - 3:00pm      School Transport Organisation / Departure

 

Break times are dependent on pupil need and vary from class to class.

This amounts to approximately 31 hours in a typical week.
